Emergency server and network support

Server down, network out, site hacked or data lost? Call us now.

    24/7 Incident Response

The server is unreachable, staff can't open shared files or the accounting app, or the whole office has lost internet. Our 24/7 network support starts by stopping the damage from spreading and saving logs before any restart or change, then moves on to getting services back. Response times and after-hours contact arrangements are set in the agreement.

    • Our website and company email have been down since this morning.
    • Nobody in the office can reach the internet or the file server.

    Hacked Site Cleanup

Your site redirects to gambling pages, Google shows a warning under your listing, or your host suspended the account for sending spam. In a hacked website cleanup, we first copy the current files and logs so the evidence of the break-in survives, then remove the malicious code and trace how the attacker got in. Deleting infected files without closing that entry point usually leads to reinfection.

    • On mobile, our site redirects to some other website.
    • Google shows a warning under our listing saying the site may be hacked.

    Database and OS Troubleshooting

MySQL won't start after a power cut, SQL Server refuses connections, or the disk filled up and applications are stopping one after another. In a situation like this, protecting the data comes first: we copy the database files and logs, then start troubleshooting. Once the service is back, we can recommend database optimization so the same failure does not return.

    • MySQL won't start after a server reboot and the log shows InnoDB errors.
    • Our accounting software says it can't connect to SQL Server.

    Server Data Recovery

A RAID array failed, a database was dropped by mistake, or a virtual machine will not boot. In server data recovery, our first step is to stop anything writing to the affected disks, because every new write can destroy recoverable data. We focus on logical recovery, backup restores, databases and virtual machines, and if a disk is physically damaged we say so plainly so it can go to a hardware lab.

    • One drive failed and now the server's RAID 5 volume won't mount.
    • A colleague dropped our main database by mistake.

How to choose emergency server and network support

Emergency server and network support is for the moment work has stopped or damage is still spreading: a server is unreachable, a site has been hacked, a database is throwing errors or data is gone. Our first step is the same in every case. We contain the problem and preserve logs and evidence before changing anything, because repeated reboots and deleted files often destroy both the cause and the easiest path to recovery.

Pick the service by the symptom. If a server, the network or the office internet is down and you don't know why, choose 24/7 Incident Response; it starts with broad troubleshooting and narrows down to what failed. If your site redirects to strange pages, Google shows a warning next to your results, or your host suspended the account for spam, choose Hacked Site Cleanup. When the application runs but the database is down, slow or refusing connections, Database and OS Troubleshooting is the more direct route. If a RAID array failed, a table was dropped by mistake or a virtual machine won't boot, choose Server Data Recovery, and stop writing to the affected disks until work begins.

When symptoms overlap, for example encrypted files on a server that is also crawling, request incident response and the right path is set after the first assessment. Response times and scope are defined in the agreement.

Getting the service back online is only part of the job. After a ransomware attack, the work continues with Ransomware Recovery, and Digital Forensics finds out how the attacker got in. Server Hardening and Backup & Disaster Recovery reduce the chance of a repeat. If incidents keep coming back, an IT Support Contract with Network & Server Monitoring helps catch problems before they turn into outages.
