24/7 network support is an emergency service that brings a failed server or office network back into working order while preserving the logs that explain what went wrong. It is for moments when the company website and email are down, nobody can reach the internet or the file server, or a server never came back after a reboot. PikoSystem copies system logs and dmesg or Event Viewer output before any restart, isolates the server if there are signs of intrusion, works through failed services, full disks, boot errors and RAID problems, and traces the network path from switch to router, firewall, DNS and DHCP on equipment such as MikroTik, Cisco and FortiGate. Response times are set in the agreement. You receive an incident report with a timeline, the root cause, a list of changes and recommendations.

We work through failed services, full disks, boot errors, RAID problems and systemd or Windows service failures.
We trace the path from cable and switch to router, firewall, DNS and DHCP until we find where it breaks. We work on MikroTik, Cisco and FortiGate equipment, among others.
We bring the service back with as few changes as possible. If the fix needs a part swapped or a backup restored, we check with you first.
When needed, we contact your data center, ISP or software vendor and give them the technical details they ask for.
Once the service is back, we dig into the root cause so the same failure does not happen again.
The exact error message or a photo of it, when the problem started and who is affected answer the first troubleshooting questions. Is everyone down or just one floor? Is it only the internet, or is the internal file server unreachable too? Any recent change matters: a Windows update, a power cut, a moved cable or work done by the ISP.
Sort out access as well. Who holds the admin passwords for the servers and router, does the remote access tool still work, and where are the support number and account ID for your data center or ISP? Do not send passwords over a chat app. A secure way to share access is arranged during the call.
A computer with an address like 169.254.x.x never reached DHCP, which points to the DHCP server, a switch or the cabling in that area. If websites open by IP but not by name, it is DNS. If only one floor or room is down, the switch serving it is the first suspect.
A browser message saying the server is temporarily unavailable is usually an HTTP 503 from the web server or host. The network path to the server works, but the web service or PHP has stopped or hit a resource limit.
Several people work on the same problem and each one changes a setting. Nobody can tell which change helped and which created a new problem. In an incident, one person coordinates and every change is logged with its time.
Another common one is switching off the firewall or antivirus to test something and forgetting it once service returns. Restoring a backup over live data without first copying the current state can wipe out everything since the last backup. Running a rebuild on a RAID controller before the condition of the disks is clear puts the whole array at risk.
In a one-off call, part of the incident goes into learning your environment. With a support contract and monitoring already in place, that information is documented and access is ready, so troubleshooting starts further along.
After every incident, the root cause report shows what should change. If the same kind of outage has happened more than once, proactive monitoring or a support contract usually makes more sense than repeated emergency calls.

Most server problems can be fixed remotely. When the issue is physical, like a failed switch or cable, or there is no remote access, we arrange an on-site visit depending on your location.
Don't keep rebooting the server or changing settings, because that wipes out the logs that show what went wrong. If you suspect a hack, unplug the server's network cable but leave it powered on.
