PikoSystem IT engineering services

Privacy

This page explains what the PikoSystem website collects from you, what we do with it and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

What we record

Only what you type into a request form: name, phone number, email, company, the service you need, a site address or server IP and your message. With each request we also store the page you sent it from and your IP address, which helps us block automated spam.

What we use it for

To answer that request, to contact you to arrange the work and to send you a quote. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for advertising.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Requests are stored in this website's database and only the site administrators can see them. So the engineers hear about a request quickly, a summary is sent to the team's email and, where enabled, to the team's Telegram or Bale bot.

Cookies and analytics

The site currently uses no tracking cookies, visitor analytics or third-party advertising code, and its fonts and files are served from its own server. If a tool of that kind is added, this page will be updated.

Access you give us for a job

Do not send passwords, private keys, tokens or confidential information in the request form. If a job requires access, agree a secure transfer method and the access scope with the team first. Access and files you provide for a job are used only for that job. We suggest creating a separate account with the minimum permissions required and disabling it after the work is finished. The scope and terms of custom services are agreed before execution, based on your needs. Retention of project files and information is specified in that agreement according to the sensitivity and needs of the project.

Correcting or deleting your details

If you want the details you sent corrected or deleted, tell us through the contact page or at info@pikosystem.com.
