PikoSystem IT engineering services

IT engineering for businesses and organisations

Servers, networks and security, handled by one team.

From a free first check to a monthly support contract, we do the technical work behind your infrastructure: outage response, Linux and Windows servers, networking, virtualization, DevOps and security.

No price lists: every job gets a written quote after we look at it.

How we work

Whether it's a one-off project or a monthly contract, the steps are the same.

  1. 01

    Conversation or audit

We hear how things stand, or see for ourselves with a free check.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

Scope, risks, timeline and cost go on paper before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Work under controlled access

We back up before changing things, log every change and agree timing for risky work with you.

  4. 04

    Handover and support

Documentation, credentials and access are handed over, and support continues if you want it.

04

A few rules we always follow

When you hand someone the keys to your servers, you should know how they'll use them.

Questions people ask before we start

Why aren't prices listed?

Cost depends on how many servers you have and their condition, the size of the network and the response time you need. After a short call or check we send a written quote, so you see a real number rather than a ballpark.

Is the free audit really free?

Yes. We run the check and send you the report. If you want to fix the findings yourself or with someone else, you owe us nothing.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Most server, hosting and DevOps work is done remotely over a secure connection. Cabling, hardware installs and some network jobs are on site. The quote says which applies.

How do we give you access safely?

We use a separate account with the least access needed for each job, preferably with SSH keys or a VPN. We don't need your root password, and you can remove the access when the work is done.

What does a support contract cover?

Scope, coverage hours, response time per severity, on-site visits and the monthly report are all written into the contract. The Managed IT page has the details.

Tell us what you need, we'll come back with a plan and a price

A few lines on where things stand and what you want is enough. An engineer calls you back, not a sales rep.

  1. 01We read your request and call if anything is unclear.
  2. 02If needed, we do a quick remote review or a site visit.
  3. 03You get a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost.

Your details are only used to answer this request.
