If devices produce data that your dashboard or system cannot use, start by reviewing the interface and data format.
IoT integration defines the data path between a device, gateway and consuming system. Review protocols, message formats, access and communication failures, then evaluate a limited connection. Support for every brand or features without a supported interface is not guaranteed in advance.
Review available interfaces, documentation and permission to connect the equipment.
Define message formats, units, timestamps and data destinations.
Specify reconnection behavior, duplicate handling and access for each device.
Provide device models, protocol or API documentation, a non-confidential data sample and the intended destination. Do not put passwords or keys in the request form; arrange access transfer separately.
Include authentication and encrypted communication where supported, and avoid exposing the management dashboard directly to the internet. Agreed tests should cover stale data, duplicate messages and connection failures.
Check connection feasibility and device and system limits.
Test an agreed data path and failure handling.
Implement and document the accepted connection within the project scope.
MQTT transports messages. Data formats, permissions, encryption where supported and behavior during connection failures still need design and review.
Device models, connection types, a non-confidential sample and the integration goal. Do not send passwords, private keys or tokens through the form; agree a secure transfer method separately.

A few lines on where things stand and what you want is enough. An engineer calls you back directly; requests don't go through sales.
